How far in advance should I book?
For Choquequirao and community-based experiences we recommend booking 2–4 months ahead, especially June–September. Day tours like Humantay and Rainbow Mountain can usually be arranged with 48 hours' notice.
Do you accept payment in Soles, Yape or Plin?
Yes. Domestic travelers from Cusco, Arequipa and Lima can pay in Soles by cash, Yape or Plin. International bookings are typically paid in USD by card or bank transfer.
How hard is the Choquequirao trek compared to the Rainbow Mountain?
Rainbow Mountain is a demanding single-day, high-altitude hike but manageable for most fit travelers. Choquequirao is a multi-day trek with steep river-canyon descents and climbs — good general fitness and some trekking experience are recommended.
Is river rafting on the Apurímac Canyon safe for beginners?
Our Kutuctay run is rated Class III–IV. First-time rafters are welcome on the half-day option with a full safety briefing; certified safety kayakers accompany every trip.
Can you arrange group travel for a corporate or mining-sector team?
Yes — we currently run institutional visits and wellness travel for teams linked to operations in Cotabambas, including Las Bambas. Contact us for a group proposal.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 15 days before departure, 50% up to 7 days before. Inside 7 days, we'll work with you to reschedule where possible rather than lose the booking outright.
